Niedner under new ownwership

On October 27 2009, Sanexen Environmental Services inc. entered into an agreement with Tyco on purchasing its Niedner Hose manufacturing business.


Dear valued customers,

Niedner and Sanexen have been partners since the year 2000, working together in the development of a product called Aqua-Pipe®. Sanexen is the market leader for the rehabilitation of water mains.

Please note that Niedner will continue to do business as usual by maintaining existing relationships, continuing to serve the same markets and by working with our customers to help increase their sales. The Niedner management team will remain the same and your Niedner contacts, telephone & extension numbers as well as the fax number will not change however the e-mail addresses have changed.

Please take note that our remittance address is to be changed immediately for our physical address. Look for an e-mail announcing the new contact list, you should receive shortly.
